This chewable pill relieves my joint pain at bedtime.

My doctor told me to take this for small fiber neuropathy. While it has not been a complete cure, it has definitely improved the pain. The chewables are easy to tolerate and taste good— just like candy. I would recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from small fiber neuropathy or other type types of body pain. It’s not an opiate or a miracle that works immediately – it has to build up in your system. But when it does, you will be able to tell a difference.

I used discomfort relief twice daily to take the edge off of aches and pains. it has reduced my use of naproxen or ibuprofen for the most part.

It clearly helps a lot of people but it didn't do anything for me. I don't like giving one star ratings when something doesn't work for me but is overall good quality, brand, and helps others so I"ll give it 3 for those reasons. But it just didn't work in my case.

Easy to take - didn’t notice pain relief difference for nerve oain

I ordered this and tried to cancel it but was sent anyway. It says it's not returnable. It has ingredients such as xylitol and manitol which I am alergic to. Unfortunately I have to throw it out. It's in OTHER INGREDIENTS. Disappointed in their marketing and not returnable when not open. Update: changed to 5 stars as seller refunded my order. Thank you very much!

This stuff works! I am so happy I discovered PEA. I had back surgery for a traumatic injury in December of 2018 and have residual permanent nerve damage in my foot. Previous to this I also had lots of inflammation and pain in my joints and tendons due to autoimmune issues. I used to eat motrin and naproxen like candy. Sometimes even prednisone. After the surgery I also had hypersensitivity in my S2 nerve in my leg. Since taking PEA, my pain has been reduced in my whole body. I barely need any NSAID, only for an occasional day of bad menstrual cramps. I dont get as many headaches. And there's a bonus, my anxiety attacks have completely disappeared. Note: in order to see the effect, you need to take these for at least 3-4 weeks and make it a daily regimen. It's not an *on-demand* painkiller like motrin. Despite this detail, it works better than NSAIDS, and overall I feel great. It does seem to reduce appetite a little also. I've taken 1200mg a day (one in the morning and one in the evening) every day for a year now. I also used to get inflamed wrists from my work as a massage therapist, and this stops the episodes of numbness, and seems to raise my capacity for work and endurance. It doesnt seem to interact with anything else I take (I take a low dose beta blocker and metformin, and several vitamin supplements). It tastes ok. This can also be taken with CBD for any breakthrough pain. I can't take THC though, because it causes terrible anxiety, since before I started PEA.

Do not depend on the estimated delivery date which is normally very accurate with Amazon. This seller said 2 days which worked fine since I was leaving in 4 days for a trip. Then a notice arrives that it won’t arrive for 5 days. It’s going to sit on my doorstep in the hot 90+ degree sun for 5 days. I immediately try to cancel. Life Extension refuses because it has shipped. Must be sending it by Horseback if it won’t arrive for 5 days! No returns either! Very poor customer service. Be very careful and do not rely on their delivery estimates.

My case is mild, after med. And chiropractic first of course, this is working on remaining discomfort, no stomach upset, this is my experience .
