After having this item in my cart and debating for a while, I decided just to go for it. What was one more posture support? I really didn’t have too much expectation but hoped for the best anyway. All I can say is...incredible! There is no need for instructions on how to put it on. I took it right out of the box and put it on just like you would a garment..just slip your arms in and pull it together in the front. IMMEDIATELY after securing it in the front, my posture was, what I would consider, in the perfect position. I didn’t want to take it off; however, it does say start with one hour a day for two weeks. The next day, I wore it again, and it felt so weird having my back and shoulders aligned that I kept it on for two hours. Third try, I overwore it and realized there is a reason why they say wear it one hour a day for a time..my underarms were sore-that could have been aggravated by surgery many years ago- I did not wear it for two days and it felt amazing when I put it back on yesterday. I have had the worst posture for many years. It has led to back pain and hip and leg pain. I cannot believe what an improvement I have had just wearing it a few times. If it is coincidence, then let it be. I did try to wear it up against my skin, and it is not going to be comfortable doing that in the summertime, but I will not go without it even at this early date. Another plus is that not once did I have to pull up one of my bra straps. Sorry guys, I know these are not just for women. My husband tried it on, at my suggestion, and it just will not fit him at all. I did buy the large size because I measured between a medium and a large. I am of average height and 165 pounds and it is a most perfect fit with more room to tighten it if I need to and plenty of room to let it out, but it did not fit his average height, at almost 200 pounds. In truth, even though it has only been a few days, I really would like to buy another one just to have for backup! I am very surprised that they offer a lifetime, unlimited refund guarantee on this item. It must be their confidence in the quality. Sorry to be so long-winded. I have had terrible posture all my life and I experience shoulder pain because I'm a side sleeper. I bought the brace to see if it would improve my pain. It has been a week and I have been wearing it for 2 hours a day. I feel the difference and when I take off the brace I do notice myself readjusting my posture. The only part that is uncomfortable is the straps under the arms rub against it. I wouldn't wear it out because of that but the more I wear I'll get used to it. My shoulder pain has decreased and I've been sleeping on my back more.

Runs small, if you return, you pay $5.99 for UPS drop off. I am females, 5’1”, weigh 127 lbs. chest 36”. I wear size 12 or medium/large so it’s a toss up choosing the right size most of the time. I bought a medium and a a large. Medium too tight. Large fit fine. The strap the goes over the front of the shoulders is a bit uncomfortable. Since I see, I will probably make something to take care of this. I bought it to remind myself to keep my shoulders straight instead of slouching. It does help to remind but I also am doing physical therapy to strengthen my back and shoulder muscles to repair biceps tendinitis.

I love this brace, an excellent product and I highly recommend it. I needed something to help stabilize my shoulders and to also correct my poor posture (slouching while standing or sitting). This brace does both. It is easy to wear, lightweight and comfortable. I have tried a few and this brace has been the best for me. I intend to buy another as a back-up.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the following:1) It runs small and so I had ordered one size up.2) I wish it had pads to go under the straps for additional comfort, but I will remedy this by buying something to slip under.

I'm a big in the bust so I love that this posture corrector provides extra support around the rib cage & I felt relief after wearing it within the first 10 minutes. Unlike others it also provides extra support down the spine (most just pull back the shoulders). A downside to all the posture correctors I've tried is that they dig into the shoulder. This one does, too, but this one doesn't bother me as much b/c the material is more elastic. Bottom line, any posture corrector that helps bring the shoulders back is going to help (imo) just make sure you don't "overcorrect" them.

I read multiple reviews before purchasing this product in particular. I understand that it simple serves as a reminder to correct your posture yourself, however I felt it could have been a little better. I found myself constantly adjusting it or moving around. It is discrete under clothing though, which is why I ultimately when with this product. I will say it is more comfortable when you are standing with better posture. I am 5’4” 114 lbs and found the band size and fit perfect for me. I don’t like that this came with a review voucher. Makes me question the reviews I read before purchasing.

I ordered it one year ago and now looking for another that comes lower around my back. I felt like this one was squeezing the breath from me, I ordered a large, in this, I weighed 150 lbs and 5'5" , but it would not fit around my midriff. I kept asking someone to pull the brace further down my waist to give more support, Yes, it is good to keep your shoulders back, but very uncomfortable and could not wear it for a long period of time. I see it is no longer available. I just ordered another one today, and hopefully it will work better. I ordered a large in this one, but will ordered an extra large on the new one I ordered today, which states it will be 21.5inches down the back, , we will see,,

I have been wearing a posture corrector for several months and it has really helped elevate my neck pain. I bought this one b/c I thought the waist strap would help keep the middle of the strap from riding high on the back of my neck - making it visible when I wear my hair up. Like the other straps I've tried, it ended-up high on the back of my neck. Plus, the body strap was uncomfortable - making it not worth it. I will stick with the underarm design by Vivux Health.
