I think it's helping.
I started to feel like my back pain was from was slumping over towards my desk so I got this to force myself to sit up straight. I can't wear it for super long before it starts to bother me a bit, but the instrux even say to start out slow and build up the time worn, so I'll gradually wear it for longer. I do think that overall it is helping. Thankfully the straps loosen and tighten super easily.

More comfortable than other brands I’ve tried
I have tried several of these posture corrector harnesses and thus far, this one does the job with least amount of of discomfort. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still uncomfortable, but it’s tolerable.
