Medium Fomentek Hot / Cold Water Bag

The quality has gone down and the price went way up! The price has nothing to do with Biden's inflation as it had already increased! I used several of these a year but until they decrease the price, I will find some alternative!

I have used Fomentek Bags for YEARS and I have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of for me easily and quickly. If I put a hole in the bag, I sent it back and a replacement was sent. No hassle, no questions! I hope this is still their policy because it's one that has kept me coming back to buy from them for over 15 years! It's extremely difficult to damage the bags and they keep hot tap water hot for a very long time!! My clients LOVE them. The hot to cold option is a HUGE plus for me as well. I could go on and on, but I'll sum it up by saying, as a massage therapist for over 20 years, I have a very short list of companies who's products stand the test of time...Fomentek is one of the very best purchases I have ever made and will continue with as long as I'm working, or as long as they keep making such a FANTASTIC product! Thank you! Adding that they are some of the nicest people to deal with. It's been a pleasure!

It's a little sad to see the recent reviews about how this bag is no longer very durable or good quality. I purchased this in 2020 and let me tell you--it saved my back. I have a bulging disc and this is the only thing that helps. I sit for prolonged periods and i sit on this bag and wow--zero back pain. I hope they go back to the original manufacturer as I don't know what I would do if this broke.

I have used these bags for over 10 years. Very happily until recently. In the last couple of years, I've noticed that they don't retain heat as long as they used to. Has fomentek changed the composition of the product materials? I'm so sad about it because I use these for comfort and warmth when I sleep, and it's the opposite of warm and comfortable to wake in the middle of the night with a cold water bag. They used to stay warm for many hours, even the whole night. They are still great for the limited hours they are warm, but I wish they would work as they used to. Has anyone else run into this? can't get through to the company....

for what it is, it's very expensive, but they do the job and are light to pack.
