I don’t think it contains bleach. However! It may lighten your hair ever so slightly through the keratin and straightening process. I hope this helps :)

Enough to probably do a treatment about 3 times on short hair and 1-2 times on long hair

how long does it take to complete the process?

Not that long tbh. My mobile hairdresser does it for me. Only need to leave it on 15mins. I'd say whole thing takes about 45mins to an hour.
