Great best before date - purchased June 2026 and date is March 2029. Each bottle has a 3 month supply, so able to buy a few bottles to stock up and have plenty of time to use them. Come in a dark bottle, which preserves the contents. Quite large capsules, but I found them really easy to swallow. Good quality product with pure ingredients. They have a turmeric smell, but I couldn't taste anything. Marked down 1 star as would be better if the container showed more useful directions as a reminder, such as best to consume with a meal containing healthy fats to aid the absorption.

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!
