Nice stool!
This thing folds up small, is easy to carry, fits in my hunting backpack and my butt fits in it, and seems sturdy to me, no complaints here! And the price is right!

Great compact stool!
I loved the idea of bringing a slim compact stool to Disneyland for my kids to rest their tired feet. It fit beautifully in my mini backpack and still left room for my other necessities. Little tip though- Disney does NOT allow any form of chair into their park because it is a liability, so in the end we didn't get to use it for what it was purchased for... BUT, we are looking forward to taking it hiking and camping instead! It is super easy to put together and break down when finished! The only thing I would be cautious of, is that the 3-legged design is not extremely sturdy, and it can easily tip over. Overall, it's a great buy, especially for the price paid!

Unstable
The stool was not stable. Once assemble, I fell hurting pinky toe and head.

Exactly what I needed
I have a leg brace; so I walk with a cane part of the time and trekking poles if I’m going for any distance. I don’t wear pants with belt loops; but this tripod stool fits into my Adidas sling bag. Because of my disability I can’t get up from the ground if I fall unless I can put my hands on something at least 14” or 15” high. This is perfect for that. And I can also use it as it was intended.

Broke on 2nd Use…While still at home!
Very nice, light and compact, but apparently not enough for this 198 lb woman. It is very comfortable, but it collapsed and I found myself on the kitchen floor. I liked it so much that I was tempted to purchase another one, but the piece that broke is just not stable enough for a nearly 200lb woman like myself. I wish there was another similar option available that was able to hold me up…and keep me off the floor.

poor quality construction or manufacturing and seat uncomfortable
the pieces did not stick together right. Some were very loose and others very tight. And the elastic holding them together was loose. And overall i didn't find the stool seat comfortable. It was compact. And i liked that. but the other problems made it not worthwhile for me to keep. I opted for another tripod chair that was as light or lighter. but not as compact.. but the seat was more comfortable. And seemed more sturdy and was easier to open and close.
