Very duarable and definitely gets the job done. I definitely sweat when I have it on. Even when I am at work I do 75% desk work and and 25% physical work and still work up a sweat on the abdominal region and then more so when I wear to the gym. It also helps as aback support. Overall I am satisfied with this product. I haven’t tried the sample burn gel yet and I am sure that we’ll intensify the sweat production. It also came with a net bag to put it in when not in use, that is awesome.
