Though I have not gotten the chance to use this yet, it seems to be a pretty good umbrella. The rubber handle provides a comfortable grip, and the structure appears strong. It is large enough for 2 people, and covers you completely so you don't have to worry about any part of you getting wet. I will be using this rain or shine. 4 stars because I have experienced it in the rain yet.

It's made with a lot of good-quality materials, but after ~15 uses some of the pieces started to detach, so I had to dedicate 2 hours or so to see what was happening and fixing it.

nice and solid and big umbrella.. it is good against strong wind and tested at New York City where raining heavily a lot of times these days, and a small one cannot cover my legs most of the times.

Well made, looks good. Though I did not realize that it is not collapsable. It is long like a cane.

I can't say enough about this umbrella. It so sleek and modern. It looks like a very expensive umbrella. The manufacturer really paid attention to detail. The handle is perfect and the size of the umbrella keeps me dry.

A very classic, sturdy, basic umbrella. Fit our needs just as it should.

It seems to be a beauty. It is actually a Christmas present for my son. I will let you know how he likes it and if it does the job!

An excellent umbrella.1. It is very large. Could easily fit myself and girlfriend under it. That said, there are larger ones. It needs to be tilted slightly to ensure your backpack is dry2. it is very durable. The build quality is great. I have tried it in some pretty severe weather. There were times the wind was too strong, and the umbrella flipped (bent upwards). However once restored, it seems there was no dmg done. Nothing broke and it works perfectly.3. The handle is some form of rubber. Grips very well but doesnt feel or like as nice as wooden handles, so function over form in this one.4. The tip of the umbrella is made of the same material as the handle I believe. This seemed to show much less signs of wear compared to the metal ones. Also it is very quiet when hitting the ground, much unlike metal tips.Note that it is by no means an ugly umbrella. It's just not as classy as the wooden ones.All in all, fantastic umbrella and I really regert having forgotten it in a bar in a different city after drinking too much :/

Used less than ten times before the material detached from the ribs. The needle protector which holds the material to the rib came off and is lost forever so I can't even attempt to fix it. My previous umbrella lasted for years with hundreds of uses. This lasted only a handful. Shame, it's a nice umbrella otherwise.*UPDATE*Alex from Plemo contacted me after this review and replaced it free of charge, despite being bought over 12 months ago. I needed an umbrella which functioned well, could handle the British weather and looked stylish. In this product I got all three and more; I would highly recommend this umbrella to everyone. Never has it blown out on me during high winds, its structurally sound. The handle is made of what feels like rubber and is soft and elegant on the hand. The curvature of the handle make for easy handling. It has a button to press for quick release, and lets be honest we all like how that feels. The umbrella opens up smooth and quick, just in time for those down showers. I seriously can not fault this item at all! 10/10, reasonably priced, stylish and has never let me down. Love it, would buy again but I don’t believe this will ever break!*Arrived on time*Well packed

I am in love with this umbrella! It looks so nice, and it stands up to hard rain and the wind very well! I walk about a mile and a half to work every day, so this is a necessity. It's quite large (big enough for myself and my husband), and not terribly heavy. So glad we bought it!

Reasonably priced, stays up in wind and rain, classical in style...just have to make sure I don't leave it some where now...which sadly I did which is why I am buying another. I do live in a windy seaside town and it does turn inside out...but more importantly it does not break.!
