The sugar is so wonderful and smells so good smells caramel almost. It’s even slightly moist like sticks together but not in a way that that’s problematic. You can just tell full of flavor by looking at it even. Not to mention it’s wonderful that it’s organic just gives all my desserts something extra. 10/10 recommend I cannot go back to normal brown sugar after this.
