I feel calmer, its part of my protocol to help with disbiosys and calm mast cells thus to reduce histamine reaction Still early days

Top Quality
I've used quite a few of Pure Encapsulations vitamins and they are top quality. They might be a bit pricier but it's worth it to know you are getting the finest ingredients with no additives and/or bulking agents.

Excellent for histamine intolerance/MCAS
I suffer with histamine intolerance and suspected MCAS. I take one twice a day (with breakfast and dinner) and they have made such a difference to my digestion and mood.

Disappointing
As l have a sensitive stomach, l was cautious to try one daily and slowly increased it to 3 daily with each meal by the third week. But l got very bloated and nauseous. I did noticed a changed in body regulation and my feet’s were not freezing from the MCAS. I discontinued it as it was making my stomach more sensitive. What a waste of money.

Extremely happy with company ethics and purity. I will update this review again when more time as passed to give an absolute verdict on its performance but I have to say and couldn't wait to say SO FAR SO GOOD. A week in and I am already starting to feel a real difference! Its so hard to find supplement companies that don't add any crap to the capsules i.e bulking agents, fillers but this companies ethos and ethics as got me so excited as FINALLY a company on the market that is just pure to the mother.
