gotonovo Vintage Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet, Oil Rubbed Bronze, with Drain

Remodeled my bathroom and I was looking for a faucet for my vessel sink. After searching numerous faucets on Amazon I decided to purchase this one because it came as a kit and had everything I needed, Faucet, supple hoses and pop up drain assy. The faucet assembly is of high quality. The fit and finish was great, there was no flaws or blemishes on it at all. The faucet has weight to it and the build quality is very good. It does not feel cheaply made when you pick it up. I am very pleased with the faucet assembly. After installation it works perfectly with no leaks. The handle works great and It operated smoothly. One negative thing to note is the drain assembly is made of dark grey plastic and the only metal part is the screw in pop up. The picture on Amazon make it look like the drain assembly is metal and no where in the description does it say it's plastic. Now to be fair the plastic drain assembly would work perfectly fine in all installations where the drain and plumbing would be hidden inside a vanity and not visible. In my remodel I did not install a vanity. I mounted my vessel sink on a floating shelf so all my plumbing is visible and is part of the decor of the bathroom. The pop up drain assembly, P-trap, water supply hoses and shut off valves all had to be matte black. The supply hoses that come with the faucet are of good quality. They are braided stainless steel and there would not work in my installation. Home Depot and Lowes do not carry black water supply hoses. I contacted Gotonovo customer service to see if they carried them. Gotonovo customer service is outstanding. They had black 24" hot and cold water supply hoses. They promptly shipped them out to me and only charged me for shipping. They communication is great. They responded to each of my inquiries in less than a day. I am very satisfied with this faucet kit. I did not have any issues with the fit, finish and function of it at all. Mine was a custom installation so my special needed were self induced and not a fault of the Faucet kit ot seller. I highly recommend and will definitely look to purchase more products from Gotonovo when needed. Their customer service and response is one of the best that I have experienced on Amazon

Beautiful faucet, but a little difficult to find the correct hookups for the water. After some searching and a little work, my husband made it work.

The product was just what we expected. Quality build and materisals at very reasonable price. Installation was flexible and easy. When we found that the water flow was too hight for our vessel sinkgs, we ontacted Customer Service for help. Their responded was AMAZING!!; quick (overnight), friendly, smart!! They provided the perfect solution (low flow areators). REALLY AMAZING SERVICE!!

gotonovo Vessel Sink Faucet 360° Swivel Spout Single Handle Tall Bathroom Faucet 1 Hole Great Faucet Pairing—Holding Up Well After 1 Year I used these along with vessel sinks in our bathroom setup (see my other review), and they’ve worked great over the past year. The finish has held up well with regular use and is easy to keep clean. Water flow is solid, and the handle adjustment is smooth without being overly sensitive, which makes it easy to dial in the temperature. The 360° swivel is a nice touch and works well with the vessel sink setup. After a year of daily use, no issues to report, and everything still looks and functions like it should. If I were doing it again, I’d buy the same ones without hesitation. Great Match. Great Performance.
