After searching numerous faucets on desertcart I decided to purchase this one because it came as a kit and had everything I needed, Faucet, supple hoses and pop up drain assy. The faucet assembly is of high quality. The fit and finish was great, there was no flaws or blemishes on it at all. The faucet has weight to it and the build quality is very good. It does not feel cheaply made when you pick it up. I am very pleased with the faucet assembly. After installation it works perfectly with no leaks. The handle works great and It operated smoothly. One negative thing to note is the drain assembly is made of dark grey plastic and the only metal part is the screw in pop up. The picture on desertcart make it look like the drain assembly is metal and no where in the description does it say it's plastic. Now to be fair the plastic drain assembly would work perfectly fine in all installations where the drain and plumbing would be hidden inside a vanity and not visible. In my remodel I did not install a vanity. I mounted my vessel sink on a floating shelf so all my plumbing is visible and is part of the decor of the bathroom. The pop up drain assembly, P-trap, water supply hoses and shut off valves all had to be matte black. The supply hoses that come with the faucet are of good quality. They are braided stainless steel and there would not work in my installation. Home Depot and Lowes do not carry black water supply hoses. I contacted Gotonovo customer service to see if they carried them. Gotonovo customer service is outstanding. They had black 24" hot and cold water supply hoses. They promptly shipped them out to me and only charged me for shipping. They communication is great. They responded to each of my inquiries in less than a day. I am very satisfied with this faucet kit. I did not have any issues with the fit, finish and function of it at all. Mine was a custom installation so my special needed were self induced and not a fault of the Faucet kit ot seller. Your supply line under the sink should accommodate the 3/8 supply that comes with it. It may come out of the wall 1/2 inch but the supply valve reduces it to 3/8 **Q: Handle - the unit installed easily and looks great. How do I get the handle to srew into the base? I can't get it to thread into the base?** A: Mine came assembled. I took apart the handle so you can see it. Its all threaded. I will say there is a threaded male "coupler " that threads into the handle and into the base. That coupler should be threaded into the handle about half way **Q: What is the size of the water supply lines, 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch** A: Dear customer, Thank you so much for your question. The water supply line we shipped is 3/8 inch,but we also ship the 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch adapter.So the water supply line can both fit for 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch. **Q: can the ceramic cartridge be replaced and is it readily available?** A: I would think it should be but I don’t know for sure. Your best bet would be to contact the seller and see if they can help. I had a faucet I bought in Feb. and the sprayer head broke off the hose. Turned out it was a small plastic fitting. But I wasn’t able to find a replacement. I reached out to the seller but they didn’t have any parts for the faucets. They ended up sending me a complete new faucet. So I would try the seller.
