Disappointingly, the products produced these days don't often allow me to do keep that balance, but this one does help to add some weight to the good side of the scale. It is well made, aesthetically pleasing, weighty enough to signify actual magnets and metal, and the copper plating seems to be thickly layered, wearing well, and this bracelet should last a long time. I had one other magnet bracelet that broke and fell off, but it was not copper plated. As to it's pain relieving effectiveness, it is mostly working for me, though I attribute it to mostly psychological effects, which for my thumb joint pain, is as good as anything for me. It also comes with extras pins, a pin removal tool, and a nice box to keep it all in. A very good value for the money spent.
