I needed a compact chair for the recent Fairford Airshow and so I chose this one. It truly is compact when in its travel bag, nicely lightweight too. It easily fitted in the strung enclosure on my rucksack and its lightweight meant I barely noticed I was carrying it. It's very simple to assemble, the metal tubes are linked together with a length of elastic, similar to some tent poles. This means you'd struggle to go wrong. The only tricky think is working out which way the fabric cover goes on the frame. It felt very sturdy, I'm 100Kg and it took my weight comfortably. Its comfortable to sit in for a prolonged length of time and the fact its breathable is great for a warm day sat in the sun 😎 The drinks holder is an added bonus. It was also very easy and quick to disassemble. Overall I'm very happy with it. At the current price of over 30 quid, its a little expensive, but I think its worth the price. I had a discount on my purchase, and I believe this is regularly available so look out for the discount box and don't forget to tick it ✅ I hope you find my review helpful.

This Trekology Ultra Lightweight Camping Chair has been a regular companion on my camping trips and days out for the last couple of years, seeing about six weeks of use in total. It's a proper lightweight option, making it ideal for chucking in the car without taking up half the boot. Setting it up is a doddle once you’ve done it once; the poles practically assemble themselves, and while the seat fabric can be a bit snug to attach, the little finger tabs certainly help. Packing away is just as straightforward, with a generously sized bag that doesn't demand a wrestling match to get everything back inside. At 100kg and 184cm, I found it perfectly sturdy and comfortable enough for those campfire evenings. It's not designed to be a plush armchair, but for a compact, lightweight camp chair, it does the job nicely. The side pockets are genuinely handy for bits and bobs, and the option to attach the storage bag underneath as an extra pouch is a neat touch, even if I don't use it constantly. Durability has been good over two years; everything feels as solid as new. My main gripe, and it's a significant one, is the feet. Used predominantly on grass fields, the standard feet tend to sink into softer ground, leading to a couple of unexpected topples. I've even lost one of the foot fittings to the mud, which is a real pain. Adding some anti-sink feet would be a cheap and massive improvement to an otherwise very capable chair. For its compact size and ease of transport, it’s a good piece of kit that seems built to last a fair few years. Pros: Ultra-lightweight & Compact: Easy to transport for camping or day trips. Quick Setup/Pack-down: Simple assembly once you've done it a couple of times. Comfortable Enough: Good for extended campfire sessions, considering its size. Handy Features: Useful side pockets and under-chair storage option. Good Build Quality: Held up well over two years of regular use. Cons: Sinking Feet: Standard feet sink into soft ground, leading to instability. Not an Armchair Replacement: Don't expect plush comfort; it's a functional, lightweight chair.

Excellent buy !!! Love this seat ! Weighs about a kilo ? and fit easily into my side pouch of my Bergen with space for extra stuff. Very easy to set up, literally about a minute ! and very comfortable and sturdy to sit in, I’m 6’ and around 15 and a half stone ! Only down side and this is very petty really, is legs sink a little into ground on grass ! But I think any seat would do the same so really don’t think this is a con at all and didn’t sink enough to make a difference or make the seat uncomfortable ! All in all a great buy at a great price and would highly recommend !

Actually really impressed. Super easy to put together, really light for transportation. I'm 5'10" and not exactly skinny, but still fit me fine and had space to sit with my arms inside the chair. My husband is 6'5" and he found his quite comfortable too. Quite low to the ground so wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues, but otherwise really recommended!

Absolutely loved these chairs. We took them on about three holidays two were a month long of beach or hiking with the chairs. We’d pack them in the hand luggage and really liked the whole design and concept. But sadly the triple joint with the legs deteriorated and fractured. I think because there is no control on the splay of the feet so adds pressure - maybe if there was a resistance bar between the two feet, it would relieve the pressure on the joint itself. Both mine and my husbands chairs went the same - I weigh 101/2 stone and hubby 14 stone. The seat is very comfortable and we’d while away the hours in them enjoying the views from our shaded palm tree. Great product and comfortable and canvas seat it super tough. Light and convenient. We’re now using the carry bag as shoe bags because they are so well made.

I was warey about these as thought they looked rather low and uncomfortable but i ordered one as a test as i wanted a light portable chair. I have just tried it and i have to say its great. Assembley was so easythe poles tell you where they want to go and you just put the seating fabric on after... simple! I find it comfortable and am very happy with it but im only 5ft 2 so the real test will be when my partner tries it....will update after

Not great. Was left outside for a few weeks and the colour bleached and trims disintegrated. Disappointed.

J'ai acheté cette chaise Trekology pour mes sorties bivouac et camping, et j'en suis ravi. Le positif : Elle est incroyablement compacte une fois pliée dans sa housse, elle ne prend pas de place dans le sac à dos. Le montage est un jeu d'enfant (les tubes sont reliés par des élastiques comme des piquets de tente). Côté confort, on est super bien assis, le dossier maintient bien et le tissu en mesh respire bien quand il fait chaud. Elle a l'air bien robuste malgré son poids plume. ​Le négatif : Comme toutes les chaises de ce style, si le sol est très meuble (sable ou terre humide), les pieds ont tendance à s'enfoncer un peu. Pensez à prendre la version avec le tapis de sol anti-enfoncement si vous comptez l'utiliser sur la plage. ​En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité/prix par rapport à des marques bien plus chères (suivez mon regard vers Helinox). Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cette chaise de camping est une très bonne surprise. Elle est livrée avec tout le nécessaire dans une housse de transport compacte et le montage est vraiment simple : en moins d'une minute, la chaise est prête à être utilisée. Une fois repliée, elle est légère et prend très peu de place, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour le bivouac, la randonnée ou une journée au bord de l'eau. J'apprécie aussi les petits détails pratiques, comme la poche de rangement sur le côté qui permet de garder un téléphone, un livre ou une crème solaire à portée de main. Côté confort, je la trouve bien stable et agréable. Avec mes 80 kg, je suis bien installée et correctement maintenue. Une chaise à la fois compacte, pratique et confortable pour les sorties en extérieur.
