These worked perfectly for a coffee bar at a wedding. Kept the coffee hot. No glass liner to worry about breaking. Good size and looked nice.

I bought this last minute for a party. I got a few dollars off the price, so I picked this one over the other choices. It was delivered on time. I had to drive to the party and it leaned over in the seat and didn't leak. It held a batch of hot spiced punch very steamy hot for 4 hours and drinkably hot for at least 2 more. The stainless outside stayed cool to the touch. It seemed sturdy and the lever held up. I like the little tag and stickers that were included. Comes with a brush to clean inside. Only downside is rinsing it out. It's hard to get completely empty. I had been unsure of this airpot but I was impressed by the end of the night. It was a good purchase.

As of now, this is an exceptionally great buy. I bought it just yesterday being 07/03/2026. I used it for my bible study gathering of women in my home and that water stayed hot till the next morning. I didn’t have to boil fresh water for my tea this morning. It keeps hot water hot.

This was purchased and use for a tailgate for a college football game. Filled with hot chocolate and used all day. Kept everything hot and no leaks! Easy to use and looks professional!

We used this as a secondary thermal dispenser for our kid's 7th grade party this week. It did everything you could ask it for. Only con - which is a con on every single one of the items like this and i'm not taking any stars off - is cleaning these is a bit hard. You really have to deep clean it after use.

Arrived within two hours! I was pleasantly surprised to get a scrub brush and cute labels to put on the outside describing the beverage inside. The decanter is light and holds over two pots of coffee well. I have only used it once at church. So far so good!

I bought this dispenser for an event where we were serving hot chocolate and because of how much liquid the carafe could hold. WOW, this was great and kept the cocoa super hot throughout the evening. I’m not sure why it is advertised as keeping product cold or hot for 24 hours, but I cannot think of any situation for home use or entertainment where this is necessary. Even in a commercial application I can’t think of any reason the hot coffee, tea, or anything else would be there that long for it to make a difference for advertising purposes. For practical use in the home, this is an amazing dispenser. Even for picnics, tailgating or other outdoor applications I am sure it would more than satisfy its intended purpose. I do recommend this thermal dispenser for everyday use. It works!!!

After five uses it does not hold any warmth. The body gets hot and releases all the heat. Very unfortunate!

I work from home alot, and i fill this up in the morning and use it throughout the day. By 8pm at night (12 hours later) the water inside of it is still warm enough to make a brew with (providing you drink it straight away) and could still actually be warm enough to wash to hands with 24 hours later....it really is good. The pump on it is so easy too, one single push and hold will fill a standard mug without the need to keep pushing like some I've used in the past.

Using it for about few months Week 1 held up the hot for 8-10hrs. Since then has deteriorated, holding for 2 hrs only now. How to claim warranty
