Nature's Way Glucomannan, Promotes Feelings of Fullness*, 100 ct

First, let me say that I am one of those horrible people who will eat until they physically cannot eat anymore. I do not do it all the time but on the weekends if I am at home I will literally order a pizza and eat it throughout the day. Not smart. I am 5'6 and weigh 154-not horrible but a year ago I was 135 and healthy. I saw an infomercial for Lipozene and do not really believe in diet pills but did some research and found this product. I have been using this for approx 3 weeks and I will tell you first hand my weekends no longer are filled with pizza pounding. I take 3 pills, individually, with a huge about 32 ounces of water. Immediately you fill a little bloated (from the amount of water I consume I suppose) but after about 10 minutes the bloating is gone. I will proceed to eat around 30 minutes later. I never ate too bad at work b/c I really don't like eating in front of people as is. But I used to eat a turkey on rye and a side of veggies/pasta and now I eat my side and a portion of the sandwich. For dinner I can have a salad and be perfectly fine. Obviously, things work different for different folks but this is absolutely incredible. I don't know how long it will work but I did order a second bottle and get it tomorrow. I have not lost any weight per-say but I also am walking 10 miles on the beach every Sunday and running 5 miles every night so I am assuming there is some sort of muscle gain. Bought a new scale on here that also arrives tomorrow to see if I can track the muscle to body fat ratio. When I figure out the answer I will edit my post. good luck to all!!!

I buy these to suppress my appetite, bottom line. My meds cause me to eat and with these, I feel fuller, faster. I have found that the best amount of time between taking them and enjoying a meal is about 20 minutes. The trick is to stay on top of taking these just before eating. Definitely a great value for your money, definitely worth purchasing again and again.

I decided to try this product for appetite control after reading a medical journal article. It described a study of healthy but overweight men and women who used 4GM before meals for a period of 10 weeks in conjunction with a 500 calorie a day diet. The participants lost an average of 30 lbs by the end of the study period. That sounded promising so I ordered a bottle. Eighteen years ago, I successfully lost 50lbs and even kept it off for 10 years! But six years ago I had some super stressful life events and I gained all the weight back. Now in my 50s losing the weight is daunting. This time I can't seem to tolerate the constant hunger. My hope was this product might help. I took six capsules instead of the recommended 3 in order to duplicate the study's 4GM. I used it specifically to replace my evening meal. I fast from 1PM to 8AM daily. I found that while it didn't produce a significant feeling of fullness, it did take the edge off of my hunger and cravings, its affects were subtle. I found that I could at least summon what little willpower I had to say no to snacks instead of just giving in and ordering a pizza or something. It may be that an even larger dose may be needed for some people. For me the recommended dosage on the bottle didn't help at all. I also read that some studies showed improvement in lipids (lower cholesterol for example), so perhaps I'll check my levels in a few months to see if there's been some improvement (though having fasted daily for ten weeks, I figure it would be hard to tell whether it was my diet change or the supplement). So far I've had zero side effects. I take the six pills with plenty of liquid. No problems at all. I'd say that it's worth the $15 to experiment with. It just may help you a little bit.

I bought this because I was buying Lipozene, and it worked really well, but was expensive. So I started researching what it was, and it's supposed to be this konjac stuff. This was cheaper, so I got it to replace the Lipozene, and it just does NOT work the same. Lipozene actually makes me feel full and not hungry. This stuff actually MAKES me hungry. Which defeats the purpose.

Unless your stomach is a bottomless pit, you will feel extremely full taking these. I’m talking dropping 7-10lbs in a week. I take 2 twice a day instead of 3. I can eat only a few bites of something and that’s it. Take it right after you wake up and drink plenty of water with it. It fully kicks in about 2 hours after I take it and it makes me feel like I went to eat at a buffet. It gives regular smooth bowel movements daily. Since you won’t be able to eat much, purchase some protein shakes or make smoothies because that’s about all you’ll be able to stomach. If you drink or eat beyond the few bites I promise you’ll feel sick to your stomach. It’s great for fast weight loss, regular bowel movements and weight management. Don’t hesitate to purchase! I’m glad I did!

I try to loosing weight about 5 lbs, I am still in a normal weight, I am 50 years old, 5’1 and 122lbs. All fat go to my belly lol. I try every diet pills to help me little bit to weight loss but doesn’t work good. I do light exercise and watch my calories intake. I found out I have to deficit calorie or do intermintnent fasting but my problem I always hungry when wake up in the morning which is it’s not the time to break the fasting since my last calorie intake about 10 pm . I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍
