Perfect fit, easy install, fast ship, save lots of $$$ and DIY
My AC wasn't blowing quite as cold as it should especially in town and the engine temp was running closer to the center than I'd like. Did some checking and found only 1 radiator fan was working. Checked the voltage on the connector to the fan and sure enough was getting 12V. Bad fan. Found this one and know that Dorman is a great OEM substitute (especially when new Mopar is about $350!!). Was delivered fast and packaged well to avoid damage. The install is SUPER easy. Can be done by the average DIY'er in less than an hour. Search YouTube and there are a few examples BUT follow the one that tells you to remove the cross brace. Makes like a LOT easier and reduces the chance of you damaging the radiator. If you have to force the fan assembly out or in you are doing it wrong! Drops right in IF you remove the upper radiator hose. You will have a hard time getting the old one out and nearly impossible to get the new one in if your skip this step... yeah... I know. Careful removing the electrical connectors, they may be old and brittle, and you will be re-using the mounts upper mounting brackets and the clip for the radiator overflow hose, so don't toss those old parts! Any way. Runs perfectly now. Both fans working, Engine Temp stays a notch below center and AC blows nice and cold now. Great part for a great price.TIP: While you have everything open, take this opportunity to flush the crud from the radiator and AC condenser. A word of caution, I wouldn't do this if the coil and/or radiator are rusty, damaged, or very old. Make sure the coils are cool. Wet both of them down with a garden hose with low pressure, then soak with a mixture of Dawn (or other MILD grease cutting soap) and water. Let it sit for a few mins to cut the nastiness, then hose from the engine to the front (opposite normal airflow) with just normal water pressure. DO NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE! You could damage the very thin fragile fins. If you have a dirty, bug encrusted radiator and condenser coil this could breathe new life into it and make it operate cooler and more efficiently.

Great replacement motor for Traeger Pro 22
The Meatender fan motor for Traeger: packaging and shipping were good. It came in a sturdy box that protected it well. The replacement was very easy, and after about 72+ hours on our Traeger Pro 22 the new motor is working great!

Isn't an exact fit
The original fans on my car are two separate fans. These are made together and would not match up with the mounting holes on the car. After confirming the fans worked by plugging them in without mounting them. I used my hacksaw and cut them in half. This allowed them to mount up perfectly to the car. They are working great now 😀If they had been separate to begin with, I would have given 5⭐

Like the equipment on a brand new vehicle!
The application was a '07 Chrysler T&C Minivan. At 154k one of the cooling fans in the engine compartment began rumbling and arcing. I ordered this assembly and it arrived in a few days. EXCELLENT packaging! Thick cardboard box and an inner sheet of thick cardboard with the fan assembly attacked to it via thick heat-gun shrink wrap and padded with styrofoam blocks. Installation was easy, with only two bolts attaching assy to the radiator frame. Exact electrical plugs. MADE IN THAILAND! And extremely well made. An EXACT duplicate of the original. NOW THE BAD... I highly recommend - you use the time you're awaiting the delivery to spray a liberal coat of WD-40 or similar SEVERAL TIMES onto the plastic electrical connectors! They have been subjected to EXTREME heat from the forward exhaust manifold and whatever type of dielectric grease (if any) they received from the factory has probably hardened and formed a suitable glue which will have you going crazy/angry trying to get them unplugged. And since there is so little work space there and you'll be in a contorted position, you should be expecting the worst and hoping for the best. To be realistic, had I known it would take over 2 hours fighting the connector locks just to separate the 2 halves of the electrical plugs, only to break both of them to get them unplugged, I would have just cut the wiring a few inches ahead of the plugs and butt connected them together later. That would have reduced the time and frustration immensely... Choose your own mode. The performance is as good as original new fans. And if you appreciate nice looking replacement parts, this one is beautiful.

Perfect replacement.
I watched a number of videos on YouTube that were extremely helpful. My installation went fairly easy… It took me almost exactly 1 hour and a half to install. The L brackets that go on the top of the fan that screw into the cross member has oval shaped rubber grommets in them which I removed because the new fan has its own rubber grommets which work beautifully.I had to look up how to remove the connectors from the fans… There’s a small red locking mechanism that you have to pull out about a little less than an eighth of an inch but then on the connector you have to squeeze the end of the connector to release it from the fan. When you do it correctly the connector comes apart easily don’t force it.And also the large hose to your right on the radiator needs to be removed to make room for the fan to go in… just compress the metal collar on the hose and keep wiggling it until you get the hose off… If you spray a little bit of Windex on the tube that the hose goes on when you’re reinstalling the hose it helps it slip on a easier. One word of caution don’t touch the edge of the fan blade even when it’s not plugged in because it’s literally razor-sharp I got a small cut just by Turning the fan… So just be careful and yes the fan does turn beautifully and freely with little effort but it is sharp. So far I’m extremely happy with this product and it works perfectly.
