Poor quality... I bought it from Amazon and it stopped working after 2 months and there is no warranty or Guarantee of this product.

I had to REQUEST the earlier one for a REPLACEMENT and returned it and the replacement came without delay or much sooner than expected and the replacement is exactly the same company and same product as expected but what is NOT expected is that the replaced product also has scratches on the bottom and again also on one side of the upper blade. I found that the replaced product is working better than the earlier one returned , with equal or proper sealing thorough out the length as compared to the earlier one. The product needs a lot of fine, quality checking and fine finishing before sending to a customer.

There are some bends in sealer machine, which is repaired, the orinal packing is average the packing shuld be thick paper board, The machine is easy to use and good sealing, Let see the duarability of the machine after longer time use.
