Great product but you should know the pros and cons to these types of clothes. Scroll down if you don't want more info I think is helpful.. Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat. it's NOT a magic pair of undies to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin.) Getting a compression shirt and short combo (one peice). Those have its own pros and cons but that will help get you thru a work day MUCH better than these. I personally use this when I'm on my off day or know I won't be running and climbing up hills at work.. now with the pros and cons.PROS--insanely comfortable (great for lounging around or low intense days)-sticks to your body very tight and won't show on most clothing.- goes well with compression shirt (different pros to havening two compression items)-great priceCons--One peiceI wish I could think of more cons lol. The only things I can think are bigger people who haven't lost the weight or not enough so it doesn't flatten and hold. That's just a sign for you to lose some weight. but I HIGHLY recommend buying this if you've lost a good portion of weight. I started at 400lbs and first got this at around 260. Now being down to 230 I don't see how I walked around without these items. If you can't afford the surgery this is the next best thing. Congrats on the weight loss!Tips- I know it says not machine washable or dryable but if you don't sometimes I feel like it doesn't stay as elastic. Don't put it in the dryer all the time but when you feel it needing a tighten up just hand wash it and stick it in the dryer. It's cheap enough to buy more if it does degrade them but I haven't seen anything but benifit from it occasionaly

Bought this because my fat hangs out whenever I left my arms up. Tired of the embarrassment. I went over my size just incase, they don’t stay up. You move? They roll. You sneeze? They roll. You roll? They roll. You will not be able to relieve yourself with them on. Not that they’d be unrolled when you tried. This is horrible design, horrible sizing. Rolls more than a donut shop.

The shorts are well made and the material is great. I have bought other compression shorts and I have returned them, but I think I will keep these. I like that the high waist part is much higher and covers more space than the others I have ordered. Also, the rubbery part on the top is more comfortable because it is thinner than the others. It is very hard to find high waist compression shorts like these that are comfortable. There are many compression shorts but not as comfortable as these. That is the main reason why I got these. Thanks.

Fits nice and tight and compresses the body. The problem is when you have to go to the bathroom. It is incredibly difficult to do number one through the opening it provides, so for you to comfortably take care of business it is better to take them down all the way. Not something you want to do in a public restroom. So I rather not use this and will return.

It’s been a couple of weeks now since I received my body shape ware piece. Let me tell you, ordering and delivery were quick, on time and easy, which is always a good start!>>After trying out the shape wear product a few times, I have to tell you, it actually makes my back feel better, more supported, and it makes a visible difference when wearing other attire for sure.>>My only complaint with the shape wear is that I do not care for how it binds above my stomach, but I am sure that will take getting used to. Amazingly, this product did pretty much exactly what it was supposed to do. I'm a musician verging on having a noticeable beer belly, and needed something that would keep the gut tucked. Bravo.Now the down-side. These undies aren't actually undies and absorb 0% of your sweat. While I was on stage i felt the sensation as if I was wading around in a kiddie pool. But not the fun, sloshing around, good time type of pool. More like my under-carriage was sealed inside a zip-lock bag under extreme pressure while my pool noodle sat crushed and compacted, suffocating between my thighs. I should also note that you should not drink heavily while wearing these shorts either. Ultimately, the tightness of the elastic pushes on your bladder, making the urge to urinate almost instant after finishing a drink.This is when things really went poorly. I walked into the bathroom and realized that I had to use a stall for some privacy as you have to pull your shirt all the way up to pull the elastic band down from just blow your chest. As i pulled the band down, it became increasingly more difficult to stretch. Finally, pulling the elastic as hard as I possibly could, I was able to finally pull low enough to set my willy free. Just as I started urinating, I lost my grip on the sweat saturated material and the rubber elastic band snapped up so hard and fast that my penis got whiplash, and my urinary stream was jerked straight upwards, drawing a yellow line dividing the bathroom in half, and finally ending up straight in my face. Fortunately the waist band was so tight that my johnson's flow was pinched off entirely when it sandwiched against my belly. When I finally got back home, my rodney dangerfield looked like a snake balloon animal with all of the air squeezed into both ends, leaving the middle skinny and deflated.5/5 would recommend.

I am a man who stands 5'11 and weighs 200 lbs. The underwear is way too tight, and I evenpurchased a 2X Large to be comfortable in it but did not work. It presses my stomach in too hard. The only positive thing I can say is that it keeps my belly firm.

I bought a different pair that had metal in them and they work just as well but uncomfortable when sitting down. They are easy to use and the size was perfect for my size. I highly suggest

Today I received my shipment. It's very poor quality product and its stiches was damaged when I received. And not able to return/ replace the product.

Buy the wrong size, return immediately and bought a proper size.
