For example, when our Colombian partner harvests their coffee and finishes the drying process, we import the dried green coffee beans as soon as possible. They carried her 5 miles to town where she was given food and shelter. This baby girl, named Eva, was adopted by a loving family from Illinois. It made me so glad. The coffee is also organic and Fair Trade. It's a nice big brown bag full of shining dark coffee beans. I grind by hand, daily, and use the pour-over method to brew my single cup.
