I have only used it one time so far but it worked great. Chocolate flowed perfectly when I followed the directions in the manual. Kids loved it. Manually cleaned all parts by hand while warm and everything cleaned up very easily. Will try nacho cheese soon.

I bought this for my daughters birthday party and wasn’t sure if it would work correctly. I saw bad reviews on a lot of different ones. So I just swiped down and landed on this one. I must say for those who are having trouble please read your directions! I didn’t at first and it was only flowing out on one side. There are adjustable feet on the bottom to level it out. Using the right chocolate and vegetable oil is the key to a constant flow on any of these machines. As well as adjusting the feet for an even flow. This one seemed to heat well and stayed flowing even after I turned off the heat. You MUST melt the chocolate with vegetable oil on the stove first before. Stirring it and looking for the right consistency of the chocolate to flow properly. I left the heat on the fountain for about 30 minutes to make sure it stayed a good flow and turned off the heat for the rest of the party. It never clogged or stopped. So if yours is not working correctly I would say you are not waiting for the right constancy of your chocolate and your feet on the fountain have not be adjusted correctly. The kids loved it and it was definitely a hit.

Very bad pool, bad that I used my chocolate melted it and the pool did not work, the engine is too small to warm up the chocolate and it was wasted time and money, the saddest thing that my children were sad because there was no pill for their strawberries and musmelos, but an idea worked for me and I put it in a bowl hot chocolate and the happy children should NOT sell this machine, make better products, thank you. Work as intended. There are times I have to manually move the nozzles back to its location so it will drip onto the tray below in order for it to cascade correctly. That’s why I deduct 1star.

Bought for our wedding. Works great, good quality. Simple to use! Good size

Directions were not clear how to assemble or take apart. SUPER messy and annoying to clean after use. It is LOUD as heck and shakes a bit violently when turned on. Not sure if this is normal. The kids love it and are obsessed so it’s definitely a fun item. It’s also kinda hard to actually dip anything under those spilling cups. I wanted to love this fountain but I’m regretting not buying the original style instead.

Bought 2 (milk and white chocolate) for a wedding 7 months ago, and used one at child's party 2 months ago. Worked well, tasted great, easy setup & cleaning both times. Just emptied so I could and put all pieces in a trash bag to wash at home. Stores right back in original box. Looks and runs like new the next time. Small enough to fit/travel well, but only takes 2 pounds of chocolate and it heats up quickly.. Would definitely recommend if you have don't have more than about 30-40 people (if now, get 2).

Misleading. It's 110v, not 220v which means u should get a power adapter

We bought this for my baby shower and future events when they come up. A little loud but easily drowned out in a larger room with more ambient noise. The pieces were easy to take apart and clean. The most important part is that you MUST mix the chocolate chips with vegetable oil (I used coconut) in the ratio recommended (3/4c oil to 2lbs chocolate). We left it running for hours with no issues.
