**UPDATE: I received a message from the seller with apologies and an offer for a free replacement, which I accepted. This time, the sticks were beautiful and pristine and smelled as lovely as they should! The weight received was as promised, and our faith is restored in Unizoco and their product thanks to their prompt and courteous customer service on top of the great sticks.** The picture of the product is misleading — looks like you get what’s in the picture, but you don’t, really. You get a single bag of wood, which isn’t bad in and of itself. But the description says “approximately 30-something to 40-something sticks,” so I was bummed when I only counted 28 in my bag. It would probably be better if they listed volume instead of number so customers wouldn’t be disappointed or feel shorted. The sticks I used also were hit or miss — some smelled okay, while others just smelled like any other wood, almost as if they were old and didn’t have much essential oil in them...

Real palo santo, Bit of black smoke to start so burn outside or under a vent to start.
Real palo Santo :D smells great. Tho does let off a bit of black smoke so I would suggest burning it under your stove vent? Or outside before cleansing the energy wherever you use them.

Wrong pic on packaging
It just provides the shown package, not the one advertised.. Also the stick stops burning after it is lighten up.. Need constant lightning up the stick

Great product
Fantastic product love these sticks. All there seems to be some kind of resin on the sticks and they click when you burn them apart from that I do like them as I’ve bought them twice already.
