I really love this water flosser. It’s small and handy. I use it in the shower. This is my second one. My first one died after having it forever.

So this thing really works. I tried ordering a name brand model (waterpik) and OMG it hurt my sensitive gums and was leaking all over the place. Mind you it cost double the price of this one from a wholesale retailer. I decided to take a chance and try this one and I have not been disappointed at all. I love the fact that it has different settings depending on your gum sensitivity, the different heads it come with and the storage bag for easy transport. So the question is ...would I buy another 🤔 ABSOLUTELY! If your concerned about your gum health and need a water flosser get this one.

Pros: The item is easy to use. I like the way the jet tip fits and a button on top to release it. It has three adjustments: normal (which is hard); soft (which you can barely feel), and pulse that is just right! Improvements that could be made: 1. The water container has a narrow opening at the tapered top. I think it would be better serve to remove the tapered top so that you can actually fit your fingers in to clean and dry it out. I worry about mold forming and its difficult to drive it out. 2. I would like to see it smaller and lighter for traveling. Seems to be too bulky for packing and I subsequently ordered a different one for traveling. 3. The design is difficult to floss the inside or backside of the teeth. With caps or braces its important to reach the back. If I try under the "normal" flow, it is much too strong to maneuver without the hard flow hitting sensitive areas in the mouth. If you put it on "soft", it's much too soft and you can't tell if you're actually getting each tooth. I have been using it with the "pulse" flow but I still not satisfied with the effect. 4. The plug to cover the holes where the charging cord goes keeps coming out and I'm sure its just a matter of time that water will get in there and may short it out. All in all . . I gave it a total of 4 stars. For the money, the product is made well and I'm sure will last a long time. I have used it for a month now, almost every night, and have not had to recharge.

Update: the supplier was very concerned about me not being satisfied so they shipped me a new water tank to correct my issue. So far the new tank works great! It’s nice to know that there are still companies around that care about customer satisfaction! My entire family is now wanting new water pics! Quite disappointed with this. I bought it because of the great reviews. Well just a few weeks into using this the cap that holds the water won’t stay on. And no water in the ‘water flosser’ means it will not work. For the price, it should have been made better with a rubber plug rather than a cheap piece of plastic that breaks off.

I bought this flosser in 2023 and it sat unused for about a year until my dental hygienist suggested I try using it and once I realized my sensitivity came from using cold water, I started using room temperature water and fell in love….UNTIL the plastic piece that covers the charging port disappeared and I found it harder and harder to charge it so tonight after about 9 months of consistent use I had to throw it away. I’m pretty sad about it but I couldn’t twist the cord any longer to force it to charge. I honestly recommend it for the price point and value but long term, I think the charging port will become an issue.

I have a permanent retainer from my braces on my bottom teeth that makes flossing difficult. I never really flossed for this reason - it was just too difficult to do every day. I thought about buying a water flosser for a long time, but never did because I don't make very much money and didn't think it would be a worthy investment. Man, was I wrong. I am OBSESSED with this thing. At first, the feeling of it was strange, but after a couple uses I got used to it and began to enjoy the feeling of the water in between my teeth and on my gums. I HIGHLY recommend this water flosser - the battery lasts for a LONG time, and the water tank is the perfect size for one flossing session. It makes my mouth feel like I've just been at the dentist, but all from my sink at home! It's also the perfect size for travel, and if you're not gone for too long, you'll be able to leave the charger at home! Overall, perfect quality for the price. If you've been thinking about getting one for a while, this is the perfect one for you.

I’ve owned a major brand water flosser for some time and I was skeptical that this could live up to that but I was pleasantly surprised. When you get braces, it’s just more practical to floss with water irrigators than the traditional way but you cannot take those big devices with you when you’re on the go. This is a fantastic option for travel, if you just want to use less counter space in your bathroom, or if you just want a quality water flosser without losing and arm and a leg! I use mine at work and I will definitely take it with me on future vacations. Nothing compares to the clean feeling after water flossing! Things to be aware of, it’s for travel so it’s smaller, you will have to move faster or likely refill it before you finish. Also it is wide, this doesn’t bother me but I have small hands so I just hold it higher up near the neck.

This cordless handheld dental appliance is well designed and has all the features one could hope for, it isn’t for everyone: with a standard tip and the unit’s speed set on “Normal,” the stream of water is powerful enough to cause minor bleeding, even to healthy gums. The “Soft” setting yields better results, in my opinion. The clear plastic tank is very easy to fill, but empties very rapidly when the unit is operating. The ergonomic design of the unit makes it easy to hold, and the special tip designed for use with braces is a better choice for adults who have sensitive gums.
