Directions: For best results, take a couple of sips from a 16.9fl oz bottle of water before adding 1 packet. Empty the contents in to the bottle, shake until dissolved and enjoy. I by tons of this tea!
I am going though tons of this stuff. One package in a bottle of water, presto. Citrus juice brings out green tea's antioxidants, making them more available for your body to absorb. Plus it has vitamin C. Green tea we all know has the anti-oxidant thing going on. Well I just had two surgeries this year, six hours each. I had two broken legs and a broken arm. That means x-rays and scans and more and we still aren't done. I am a massive fan of acupuncture. They have blocked pain, increased healing etc. They told me drink a good four cups of green tea a day to help off set all the x-rays and scans. I do better, I use two packages in a bottle of water and have the equivalent of six cups a day! As a side effect to this yes I have dropped some weight. I can't tell how much because I have no weight baring yet but it shows and I have to pretty much sit in a chair now or be in bed. (three more months!) Apparently I never drank enough green tea to have that happen before.I love the taste. Sometimes I use stevia, mostly I don't need to. Depends if I want to avoid that sweet tooth that shows up now and then. It is rather pricey I think but then again, what else will do this job! I wish they auto shipped!
