Tubi grips are compressing (8-12mmHg) when you put them on with a 50% stretch. Laying flat size G is 4 3/4" and it is for large thighs. Size F is 4" for large knees and medium thighs. I use size G, but my 3 measurements are larger than yours. They are really tight on me when I first put them on. After washing and wearing, they loosen up some. Hope this helps.
