Excellent multi vitamin. Economical and good expiration date. Our nurse practioner recommend pre natal for a supplement for both of us, Seniors man and wife.

My wife is taking these however they made her morning sickness worse and I read alot of reviews that say take it inbetween or after dinner or at night but not in the morning, well we're gonna try in between meals and hopefully that will clear up some issues but don't prolong your take of this without changing different routine it can end you up in hospital

These vitamins are a great value and I have used them for both of my pregnancies and beyond while breastfeeding. They are the only vitamin that is easy to swallow and doesn't make me feel nauseous. I can't speak for flavour because I swallow them as quickly as possible with orange juice.

I’m not pregnant, but i love these. Easy 1 pill a day. Since i’ve been taking these i feel like my hair nails and skin have been flourishing. No taste, a bit big but nothing too excessive m.

cannot go wrong at this price since prenatals can make you nauseous you can easily break these tablets into two pieces and take one after eating breakfast and one after eating dinner, that should eliminate any nausea from taking this. The benefit there is you cannot do this with any liquid capsule prenatals. The Iron content in prenatals often makes women feel sick - breaking the tabs in half is one way to get the vitamins without the pukey feeling.

It’s a very good prenatal vitamins with all the essential vitamins for expecting women. But I find it hard to keep down when I have morning sickness. It even makes me feel sick - must be the iron. On days when I have morning sickness, I would take another brand of gummy vitamins. Overall I highly recommend this vitamin for what it contains and the pricing.
