This spice mix is very tasty, and while I do use it in main dishes, I have found that it's great to use when I want to whip up a quick and flavorful side dish, such as a cold salad of white beans, tomatoes, and chick peas for example. Makes a delicious change from the usual (olive oil, a bit of sea salt, and pepper). It's definitely more flavorful than hot, which makes it approachable for people who can't take the heat of a mitmita for example. I will definitely order more of this when I run out. The review asked me to rate "Thickness" and "Warmth", which don't really make sense for a dry spice mix, but I gave them 5 stars anyway.

I ordered this spice mix because I was looking for new flavors in my cooking. It tastes like a curry, but different from other curries I've had. I use a generous amount on sautéed vegetables or potatoes. I think it's very delicious. It has some spice but not an excessive amount. There is no salt added. I only gave it 4 stars because I ordered the 4.8 ounce and received the 2.4 ounce. It's too bad because it's so good that it won't last very long.
