How do you prevent the part around your leg from just riding up your leg, eliminating any tension pulling down on the shirt?

hi, the part around your leg is adjust, you can just adjust it to fit your legs. our shirt stays are made of high quality material,very soft and comfortable. and the clips are very stronger, they can keep the shirt tucked in all time.

How do you clamp these to the leg?

Its elastic wrapped around the thigh, pull leg hairs

How do you open these clips?

One end is a fabric loop, the other end has an open ended hook. When you wrap the stays around your leg, you slide the metal hook into the fabric loop. Nice thing about these, if you need to use the bathroom, it’s a one step process for each leg instead of taking off the 3 clips on the shirt on each side like around the feet shirt stays

Will i be able to walk through tsa without these buzzing the metal detector?

I'm not 100 percent sure. The clips are metal, so I wouldn't bet on getting through without setting it off.
