It's fine if you don't want to replace your North American bumper
It's fine for what I wanted without putting a Euro front bumper on. However, getting the plate on was a PITA and the single point mount means that I occasionally have to adjust the plate because it doesn't stay perfectly level horizontally

Will eventually rust to death
Update after 1 yearIt's garbage. It'll last you a year and then all of the pieces will rust. The center bolt will continue to come lose and it will spin, causing the plate to scratch your bumper.The pieces will all rust, and the backing plate will warp where it meets the center screw.Spend a few bucks more and buy something that uses stainless steel metal.
