Taste great! Great alternative for ppl who dont eat pork

Make sure you understand what you are getting. This isn't anything like a sausage you would get at an American grocery store. It is sweet, and that is how it is supposed to be. It is a chicken version of the Chinese style lap xuong, so for anyone who doesn't eat pork, but still wants this style sausage, this is perfect. My only complaint is it is so much more expensive than pork version for what you get..only 4 sausages per pack.

I like sweet Chinese sausage, and this is my fave so far. Other brands are way too sweet, seeming like candy. I like using this as part of a blend- grinding it with chicken and pork to make burgers. The only one I buy now.

These Chicken Sausages will find many takers when I immerse them in a marinade mix with cubes of cheese, mini tomatoes, mini pickles and a smooth olive oil. Yum! My brother-in-law, a non pork eater, will dive right in! A great charcuterie addition! ,

This was a sweet sausage! Was not expecting that taste! I personally did not like it….thats all I tasted was sweet back taste. Also it’s a very hard sausage

I like this brand and flavor as an alternative to pork sausage. It is sweet, but I don’t think it is too much. Texture is similar to lean lap cheong.
