I dont know but after the recall i just threw it away

What kind of casing is this sausage made with?

I purchased a few years ago and was excited that it was supposed to be pork free. Unfortunately, the casing says,”hog” as you can see by zooming in the ingredients section of the package photo.

I don’t know all the ingredients - just chicken and whatever they use to cure it.

There’s soy sauce, which has wheat in it.
