For people who say "this stuff is diluted!"... it's definitely not. I thought I got ripped off when I first opened it because the scent isn't strong (when you open it). But once you put that stuff DOWN on a surface! WHOO BOY! That's stuff is powerful. The scent is extremely strong once you actually put it on something. I even had some that got in my mouth by way of hand and my mouth went numb... hopefully that's not an issue lol So let's get to it: I knew I had a roach in my house but couldn't find him! So I slyly put some of this on my counter at night. Later that night I see him crawling real slow, he tried to get away but long story short... no more roach problem. This stuff is great. 5/5

I have yet to really see the benefits of this product for the use I intended (mouse deterrent) but will continue with program I am following and will post an updated review. The scent is pleasant and not as over-powering as I have read in other reviewer's comment. The fragrance, to me does not linger as long as I would have expected and I have a very, very keen sense of smell. I applied to light colored carpeted areas with no affect on color. No adverse affects to painted surfaces or medium toned wood look vinyl plank flooring. My dogs were not offended by using the product near their food and water dishes. I mixed the oil to make a sprayable solution as follows: 2 tsp. Peppermint Oil, 3-4 drops dish detergent and 1 cup water. I multiplied that to fill a large spray bottle so I could spray liberally as needed. As far as value goes, I think this product is an excellent buy, even though not proven completely in my case. I would say all in all, buy this and have a go!

Pros: Large size, affordable, Japanese mint essential oil, very crisp peppermint candy like scent, strong and long lasting scent. Cons: No dropper! I wasn’t sent a dropper for this at all so make sure you have one on hand that you can use and also the oil is in a plastic bottle not a glass one. There’s a lot of mixed reviews on here and honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I think there is nothing wrong with the scent. I am very happy with the scent I only wish this came in glass bottle with a dropper included it was a bit of a pain to hunt one down and then clean it so I could use it with this oil. It is awesome in my diffuser and is helpful for my sinuses.

Before I ordered this oil I made my Google homework (Difference between Mentha piperita and mentha arvensis ) and encourage everyone to do the same ,please dont go by the low rating reviews.This is by far the best 4 oz bottle of Peppermint oil your money can buy ,stay focused on overall menthol content which is the active ingredient,Im gonna be using it for hair follicle activation and for indoor rodent repellent .The powerful scent, makes me felt in love with this oil at first smell....lol and looking foward to update this review as time goes by and results shows. Needed to add: the issue with the included dropper its been fixed since I dont have any problem at all with mine .Thanks to Naturalitana for this great and affordable pure product.

I bought this because my neighbors had a roach infestation which started to come into my house. I read if i mix 2 oz peppermint oil with 2 oz tea tree oil, a cup of water and 2 drops of dish soap in a spray bottle it'll help. Well i did just that and sprayed it all over the border of my house and halls plus compact trays all over. The smell was strong but after a few hrs the smell goes away. Its been over a month and i haven't seen a roach. I also use a few drops in my shampoo for dry scalp.

The smell doesn't last long maybe 1 to 2 hours which isn't bad , it works well as a fabric refresher and or a good natural spray to make the home smell better while giving you a relaxed feeling, I had a mouse getting in my kids snack hutch and I added 4 drops in each cabinet and the mice have not touched there snacks since thank goodness! Will buy again. Also works nice as a spider deterent, so this company will be getting my money until they stop selling this stuff. It's a good size Bottle and I've been using this for two months and still have half left. Try it. It's great stuff.

YES! YES! YES! YES! I am so thrilled with my product! I suddenly suffer from panic attacks and peppermint has always been able to calm me even when i was without them. I just received it, and as soon as i did, i put drops in my diffuser and ooohhhh! Peppermint heaven! The oil is not too strong or not to soft, its just right! I love that u can choose between the dropper and the drip piece that comes on it. I chose the dropper! This is perfect if u love the soothing, calming scent of peppermint! The size is def a plus because it is bigger than the normal little bottles so it will last longer depending on ur usages. I will be buying more!

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a strong smelling peppermint oil to put on cotton balls to be placed under the hood of my parked RV over the winter months. Also placed them inside cabinets throughout the RV. Peppermine does work if it's concentrated and in a confined area so the smell is strong. That's what mice hate. So yes, peppermint oil, at least this product at this strength, simply works. (Refresh cotton balls once a month for excellent results).
