I've been getting into making my own skincare products lately, and this beeswax has been a game, changer. I am one of those DIY people. So the Beeswax is something I intend to keep around the house. This is good for when you are making your own creams and butters. I find that the oils I use stay longer if they're mixed with just a tad of beeswax. In this brand is clean and refined it doesn't have an odor and using just the right amount it keeps your skin moisturized without feeling like you're wearing an extra covering. I have also used it when making oils for my hair. It makes a smooth creamy base that maintains the moisture and the leave-in conditioners that I'm making so that my hair remains flexible and does not break. You can also use these pellets for candles. We ladies do like scented candles, don't we? So all in all I am very happy with this product to be able to get it in a large bag to be able to afford it because it is economical and to have it be a product that I can actually not find a complaint about. If you are a DIY person, try this it's worth your while

Very manageable to store. In a thick bag with a tie. I used some to make some lip balm, and it was excellent. I like the pellet size. Will buy this again when I need some.

My Christmas craft last year was making waxed cotton bags to store homemade sourdough. I haven’t had any luck storing bread in paper or plastic bags, it’s very dry where I live (<10% humidity usually) and my bread just dries out after a day. In a waxed cotton bag, however, it stays soft for a week! I had a small amount of yellow beeswax for a test run, and then bought this 5# box for mass production. The pellets are in a plastic bag inside a box, nothing fancy. The white wax is extra processed, it has no smell to it, not even a slight honey smell, which is fine for my application. It easily melted using an iron - I folded my fabric in half to save time, and put an extra thick layer of wax pellets between the fabric, with parchment above and below. The wax easily permeates both sides of the fabric and the parchment keeps it contained. I did have some leaks on my ironing board, so maybe don’t use your best board cover that you iron clothes/sewing on. It cools quickly, and is cured enough for sewing after 24-48 hours. The waxed fabric did gunk up my sewing machine feeder a little, but I’m confident I can get it off with a hair dryer and some cotton fabric. I haven’t done it yet, but it looks easy to rewax the fabric by repeating the ironing process. My son wanted to make a beeswax candle, so I let him have at it, but we neglected to do any google research (how hard could melting wax be?). SPOILER - Don’t microwave beeswax, it WILL kill your microwave and maybe burn your house down! So anyway we have a new microwave now. The wax melted well in a small jar container placed in a pot of boiling water. Double boiler is the way to go! This isn’t the fanciest wax, and I’m pretty sure it’s from China, but for making a few easy crafts for gifts it worked fine. I personally wouldn’t use this in cosmetics/lotions/creams, just because it’s pretty cheap and not the highest quality. I expect it to store for years with no issue.

Odorless and easy melting. Years ago I tried a different pellet wax and it smelled like chemicals. I was reluctant to try again, but when I lost my local supplier of fresh wax I had no choice. Definitely miss the smell of honey from the fresh local wax, but this will do for now

Used this in several homemade products including 'chapstick' and cream. Also made my own bowl covers by applying it to fabric. Does not have a chemical smells (as it shouldn't). Melts quickly and evenly. Little pellets are great to ensure you get just the amount you need and no more. Means no waste or extra work.

The product looks fine, but the product packaging was broken, so it spilled on our floor when we opened the shipping package.

This is not pure beeswax. Smells like chemicals.

I don't know what happened here but I believe it need to arrive in good condition.
