We use this 18x16 for our Toyota van seats. If you mean this brand or another company-- buy the Mosaic Roho Brand. It is far superior to foam, gel, etc. This works. Tip - too much air causes it to feel hard. Keep adjusting the air out until you get the right amount of air. It comes with a pump to add air - as needed. **Q: Does this product come with the pump?** A: This product does come with a pump. I was uncertain about this as well and actually ordered a separate pump. Sigh. Oh well. I have a spare. The cushion is very comfortable. I happen to be doing a RIDICULOUS amount of studying for a masters program and have found that sitting for this length of time is tough. The Roho can't be beat. **Q: Is this cushion weight rated? Will it work with extremely obese persons?** A: It reads on the tag = Weight Limit: 250 lbs/ 113 kg. I do not have it FULLY inflated so it has some 'give'. Works for my sister but she is 114 lbs. **Q: What is the height of the pockets? 2 or 4 inches?** A: 2" high, when you blow up the pockets, make sure that its not too tight. It should have movement to help with your pressure points. My Daughter put her seat in her light weight wheel chair. I've been trying to come up with something that will attach the Roho to her scooter. Velcro doesn't work. It does work,but at the most she has sat on it about 2 1/2 hrs. I can still drive and do a lot of transferring in and out of the car when I run errands. I had previously purchased the Drive Gel pad twice. The first one in 2013 that seemed to work fine, but broke down over time and needed to be replaced in 2015. The replacement was really heavy for a cushion and lifting it in and out of the chair became difficult for my aging hands. It also didn't do the job protecting my bum from the crossbars of my manual wheelchair. I also had to use a piece of that rubber shelf liner to keep the get cushion from slipping back. I happened to complain to my wound care nurse who suggested the ROHO cushion. I was skeptical about spending $80 for a blow-up cushion but after reading the reviews, I decided to buy it. I could not be happier! I didn't have any problems connecting the pump or closing the nozzle, though I only pumped up the cushion about half way. It is very light weight and the cover has a rubbery bottom that stays put in the chair. The cushion is very comfortable and keeps my bum off the crossbars. You can feel the air shift between the pockets when you shift your weight. It took a little getting used to, but I have found it to be very comfortable. One of my concerns was about the possibility of the cushion popping if you plop into the chair, which I have done on occasion. I have been using it for almost two months and no problems so far. I am thrilled with the weight of it and it makes it so easy to get set up getting in and out of the car. Another concern was using my transfer board to get into the chair from bed, which is really low. I was afraid that the transfer board would wear the cushion on the side bar of the wheelchair seat. To solve this, I use a folded up sock under the edge of the cushion during transfer and it seems to work fine. I did try it with my little power chair (Golden Lite 162) that has a pretty stiff, flat seat. It made me feel unstable, but maybe I need to let more air out. Bottom line--I am so happy I bought this cushion.
