I've tried so many cleaners over the years, and they have promised much and delivered little. I have a small garden and a dog who always chooses the same spot to wee. This is near a paved path running to a shed/office a couple of metres further on, and the smell in the summer was so unbearable that you couldn't open the door.Part of the key is using the recommended hose attachment which I bought via amazon (ALLOMN Foam Cannon Gun). This delivers a measured dose of the mixture to the area and makes it very easy to use. The other important fact is that this breaks down the urine crystals which reactivate every time it rains: contrary to what artificial lawn installers tell you, these crystals are not washed away but build up over time so that eventually everything stinks!The area the dog favours is also close to the shaded bench where we sit out on warm evenings, so it's a huge relief to have finally found a system which actually works.(I also love the name of the product which made my Scottish friends laugh out loud!)

This is my second bottle so that in its self tells you that it worked.I have 6 dogs. 4 girls and 2 boys and the smell of pee was absolutely awful . It was like hitting an invisible wall. The smell smacked you in the face whenever you walked towards my artificial turf. I tried everything to get rid of it. Bought things and made my own concoctions! Nothing worked more than a day or two. Seen this and thought why not try. It works so well I'm gob smacked. Pricey but worth it. Heavy use was needed the first time as the pee had built up but after that I could turn the dial on the spray gun to the middle and that was enough.The smell is OK. Nothing fancy but clean.I recommend you buy the Amazon spray gun for the hose. It makes life so much easier than a watering can. 🙂

Second time of using this. First time wasn’t very effective but urine had built up for a while and I may not have applied it properly. Second time was more successful and the urine smell is mostly gone. Not overly keen on the fragrance, would have preferred fresh cut grass.

I have tried so many products to try and remove the urine smell from my astroturf and the patio and none of them work properly, only cover the smell which was horendous. This however is the holy grail of urine removers. It is expensive I will admit and I was very hesitant to spend the money but I am so glad I did. I used the stronger solution mix to start with as recommended and then now I do a weekly / fortnightly top up with the minimum solution mix to keep on top of it. My Garden no longer has that vomit inducing stench.

Mixing the product I was hopeful it would work and upon following the instructions it seemed to help I could smell the product but it didn’t last long at all, I was really disappointed after only an hour or so I could smell the smell I was trying to get rid of, and even after using the whole bottle it still didn’t give me the results I hoped for, sorry

This stuff works. I think it's important to follow the instructions and put it down when the weather conditions are right. My artifical turf was unbearably smelly in the sun. I waited until the weather was going to be rainy for a few days and followed the instructions, on shaking the bottle and the quantity to mix. The smell has completely gone now. You do have to use a fair bit of the bottle to get decent coverage but its worth every penny. I applied it using a watering can. I now just have to persuade the dogs not to wee on the deck and it will all be fine!

I have two dogs and astroturf. After a bit the astroturf started smelling even though I pour water over the pee. This product took the smell out on the first treatment but you do need to repeat it after 3-4 weeks. Very pleased with it.

All good so far. Summer will be the ultimate test for this product As I have 3 dogs. Tried other products that mask the urine smell This product is far superior.Will update later on in the year.
