I took a chance and bought them since no one had reviewed them. They are very cheap in the feel and function as well and the sewing is not consistent which makes one of them being more effective in its purpose than the other. They simply are different in the amount of help given in strength lifting exercises due to this. Thay are also not good for medium or small handed persons. I do not have small hands/wrists but I have to have them secured at the very end of the adjustments.I am convinced that they can work wonders for guys (or girls fot that matter) with big hands and wrists even though they are not sewn properly since they can adjust them differently but in that way get equal 'help' from each hook.

Very poor quality . I've large hands and the j hook hangs down near my fingers making it impossible to use it and grip the weight in the plan of you hand . In addition the picture shows the hook attached to the wristband .if it was it would work well. The step cannot be used as is pictured either .it has velcro so it attaches to the wrist essentially tying you to the bar when you can't grip it in any functional way . Even got my husband to try them and same issues . This will be going straight into the bin.

Polsiere perfette per il power-lifting e il body-building!Sono l'ideale per :1) stacchi/mezzi stacchi,2)trazioni/trazioni inverse,3) scrollate,4) eventualmente anche per i rematori.La qualità e la resistenza dei materiali è ottima e le cuciture sono perfette,nonostante siano le più economiche in circolazione.Indossate sono anche abbastanza comode.I ganci sono rivestiti in gomma.Chiaramente non migliorano l'esecuzione dell'esercizio ma ne amplificano l'intensità, permettendo un maggiore isolamento dei gruppi muscolari più grossi. Utilizzandole, gli avambracci impiegheranno più tempo a "cedere" e potrete portare a completo esaurimento i gruppi muscolari più forti. Non devono essere acquistate da chi non sa eseguire correttamente stacchi e trazioni:se non riuscite a usarle la colpa è vostra perchè non avete padronanza dell'esercizio.Definirle inutili è una BESTEMMIA.In poche parole..13 euro spesi BENISSIMO!
