LifeGrip Anti Slip Traction Tape with Glow in the Dark Green Stripe, 2"x15'

We bought it primarily to use on our outdoor patio steps. BUt decided to use on garage indoor stairs. Very easy to install . The tape lies flat and glows in the dark. I feel much more secure in going down the 4 steps.

Easy to apply and install,no problems. Just clean the area for a good grip, cut to size,apply and add pressure either with a roller or a heavy person to step on it (that volunteer was me!). It glows with a neon green tone at dusk which is good for older people to see it better. It has a neon green strip on top running through it. Great product,very useful,would buy again if needed.

My deck steps are not that well lit and as a painted surface could be slippery when wet or snowy. These strips solved both problems.

I will update later this review when winter comes, as that is the true test of products like this. However, I like that I now have an assurance of safety! I think it's a pretty good deal for what you get, and I believe I'm a rarity here because everyone else has used this on wood stairs and steps, but not concrete. The sticky back is VERY sticky, not sure why another reviewer didn't think so. However, peeling it off did tend to leave behind some backing in certain sections of the tape due to what looks like cracks. Not a big deal though, it didn't affect the function of the tape. I also thought the roller worked well. The glow seems pretty good but looks like it requires being in the sun or bright lights for quite awhile first, in order to be truly effective. The tape is somewhat thin but it's coverage area is decent. It's best to test with shoes and rubber bottoms. It is easy to cut, but I ran out of one roll for about 11 wide steps in total, had to use a 2nd roll to cover another 4 steps if I recall. So far I'm happy with it in general and look forward to other conditions to test it against!

Put this on our camper steps and what a game changer. Super easy to install. Its got some grit to it so I don't slip in rainy weather. Its glow is hands down the best ever! The tape has been durable so far to our boots and the dogs toe nails. Highly recommend to provide that glow at a campsite without offending your neighbors!

We put these on our basement steps and couldn't be happier. They have made our steps much safer. The strips were very easy to install. Now when we look down at the steps we have visual lines to distinguish where the edge of the step is, as well as good traction at the edges of the steps. They have been in place for about 2 years and they still look brand new. They glow slightly in the dark, so we can see the edges of the steps even if the overhead light is not on.

Ordered the traction tape to resolve an slippage issue for set of outside stairs. The stairs themselves are made of a trex material. The included tool provided for the adhesion worked well to ensure a nice even stick. Even though the trex surface was textured the tape adhered well. So far it's been a few months in and it has lasted through 2 snow storms as well as several rain storms without any loss of adhesion. The grip the tape provides is nice as well very solid with no slippage. The glow in the dark strip doesn't seem to hold up for the long run after the sunlight has retreated but the off color stripes do provide a betters sense of depth when using the stairs at night when lighting is low. Overally very satisfied. The tape is fairly easy to cut however make sure you are either using a heavier scissor or one's with a well sharpened edge. A utility knife should work just fine as well. Definitely recommend.

Its a lot of work to get the paper that needs to be peeled off the tape before you install it. Even after you get it started it will tear and you have to start over again. I like the traction tape but be prepared to spend some time peeling the paper off of it.

Very simple to use. I applied the tape on ceramic tile steps during a Canadian winter and I was surprised at how well the adhesive stuck. The glow on the tape is great touch.

I used these anti slip on staircase and they work wonders. The black and yellow colours are striking making them visible for each step. Good product for my usage.
