This one is for baby as the pressure is low. You can switch to adult version for your 7 yo son

Why has the nozzle changed? What happened to the soft blue silicone ‘baby safe’ nozzle?

I have no idea but I purchased from amazon and got the soft blue nozzle, when I purchased from the chemist it was a hard long white plastic thing! So strange but I imagine the blue one is the new design so I’m not sure why you’ve been sent that. It makes it harder to administer and scratches babies nose!
