SainSmart Genmitsu CNC Router Machine 3018-PROVer Mach3 with Mach3 Control, Limit Switches & Emergency-Stop, Plastic Acrylic PCB PVC Wood Carving Milling Engraving Machine, 300 x 180 x 45mm

Bought this for myself to celebrate my 80th birthday in October 19. Bit of a hiccup to start with, as one of the limit switches was faulty, Sainsmart immediately dispatched a replacement, but somehow then package was returned as un deliverable. They were most apologetic, and quickly sent a further replacement which arrived safely.Assembly was easy, a Utube video helped no end in the assembly and software installation, broke a couple of 1.55,, cutters getting used to it. Once I got it set up it did not get much use for a few weeks, Christmas and a bed cold in January intervened! Started seriously in February with cutting acrylic gears, engraving small aluminium signs and even 0.9mm solid brass dog discs.. Unfortunately in early March I had an 'eye stroke', leaving me with severe double vision, and a computer and the MX3 is one of the few things that I can continue to use, cannot cope with my big milling machine and lathe in my workshop at the moment.I am very happy with my purchase does a good job, and will certainly keep me amused during 'lockdown', hope to purchase a pendant and a laser kit for it in due course. In all a good little machine, and I had fantastic after sales service from Sainsmart.
