Trumpeter Soviet SS-1D Scud-C Tactical Missile Launcher Building Kit (1/35 Scale)

If we ever had a best military model ranking list, this model could easily be the top 5 imo.I bought this kit not too long ago although I knew it hit the market last year. You know, the scud b from Meng announced last year at the same time but according to their facebook page, its still under developing. I gotta say, thats BS. trumpeter busted their market share pretty hard.this is a great kit.the detail on it is amazing, the size of it is huge!!! tons of assembling. I cant say they captured all the detail, but pretty much. it feels like a upgraded version of the dragon model's scud b. that kit suffers a lot of inaccuracy. the suspension is not moveable but the 8 wheels can rotate. you can basically rolling it on your table. with some work, I bet you can make the suspension work. the 2 set of front wheels can be steered to any angle. great for positioning and diorama stuff. all the doors and hatches can be set as open or close. behind them theres tons of detail. that also means tons of work.another great part of it is the color scheme. it comes with 6 different army style. not only russian but iraqi and some mideast countries who had it before. the water decals have a lot of thing you can choose. I ended up with russian color way cuz i myself is a huge coldwar era russian army fan.
