Speedy and trusting
The product is beautiful and perfect for my granddaughter. The bracelet did break at the connector, but the seller was quick to replace the entire set before I was even able to return the broken one. I did return the brand new necklace as well as the one my granddaughter has been wearing is perfectly fine. Thank you!

Must Have Product!
This necklace and bracelet set is a must have. My 7 month old granddaughter I cutting teeth and it helps her so much. You can definitely tell when she doesn't have it on. Would highly recommend.

Lasta a long time if your are careful with clasp
We've had this necklace for five years. Worn it every day since birth until the clasp broke and we lost it at preschool.

These necklaces are always so cute! They definitely assist greatly with teething. I’ve used them since my little was a few months old. She’s now a busy body 2yo. Shes never ran a fever during teething and her little pegs came in really fast! This is my third purchase of the set. Once I put them on I never take them off. They are comfortable for her. When she was younger she would gum on them. The bracelets have always been too big but the necklaces fit perfectly. We always get compliments on them and they match with anything. She wears gold necklaces as well and they hardly ever tangle.

Poor quality. Broken clasp after months of use. Customer Service doesn’t respond.
I think this might be my first Amazon review. I wish it was going to be a positive one, but sadly, it is not. I purchased this Baltic Proud Amber teething necklace back in October for my son. He has been wearing it for months now, and it has seemed to help ease some of his teething symptoms. When I was taking the necklace off last weekend, the clasp broke. I tried to contact Baltic Proud’s customer service department both through email and the website and never received a response from either. Instinctively, I searched the reviews to see if anyone else had issues with the necklace and was able to get in touch with customer service. To my surprise, I found that I was one of many that had the necklace clasp break and no response from CS, despite their one year money back guarantee. I’m starting to question if any of their claims were ever true and if this necklace was actually real Baltic amber. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing another necklace from Baltic Proud, nor will I be recommending to friends.

Clasp chipped and broke after short use
The necklace worked well for our daughter until the clasp chipped and broke a few weeks in. Too late to return it
