It really is a great unit for rv's
My friend put it up fairly quickly and it heats the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower with very hot water. I live in an rv and I wasn't going to spend all that money on propane. So now I have hot water for the bathroom and kitchen with just that one unit.You have to have 30 amp not 15 amp for this to not keep tripping off the breakers.

This water heater did not heat water. Seller dealt with the problem swiftly and refunded my money. The item is very attractive and compact, wish it had worked.

Love this heater. I need it up pass inspection for my massage office, and so far, so good!

Not Happy
Be aware - it takes a 30 amp electrical circuit to operate this water heater. Mine worked for just over two months, and I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. So I've gotten the runaround. I do not recommend this product.

THIS UNIT IS GARBAGE!
HAD THE UNIT INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR TO FIND THE UNIT DID NOT WORK UNDER ANY CONDITION HOT OR COLD LOW PRESSURE OR NORMAL. REQUESTED A REFUND AND NOW I HAVE TO HAVE IT REMOVED AND SENT BACK ON MY COST OF OVER 75.00 INSTALLATION, PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A BOAT ANCHOR.

Under the sink hot water heater that was defective
Item was defective when received company would not refund the whole amount of the money without a lot of hassle was completely unsatisfied when corresponding with the company the company would not help out was just refunded $18.89 but not the cost of the item.
