Kit lacks threaded nut to allow plug to lock into socket
I had several uses planned for these plugs and for the price, I can't complain. The only niggle is the lack of threaded nuts to allow the plugs to lock securely into the sockets - hence dropped a star.

I got these because I needed them in a hurry. They did the job But are not very well made. They were very cheap and I got good value for my money.

These are rubbish material. You get what you pay, build is like putty so straight in the bin !!
This product was used to try and build a can bus system and a test circuit for the same. Out of all the connectors only one was nearly good enough when attempted to complete it, the others would not assemble easily of were very difficult to complete the solder connections were as if they were made from putty, not surprised they also send you a free gift - a small crosshead screwdriver that is the next best thing to scrap, never again, as they say once bitten twice shy, you get what you pay for, total crap. Product not worth a single star possibly half of one at most.

Gute alte Dampfmaschine
Die serielle Schnittstelle ist Out of Time. Ich verwende diese Stecker als Ersatz für Hohlstecker bzw. -Buchsen. Jeder der einzelnen Pins der D-Sub-Verbindung hat einen Übergangswiderstand von 3 bis 5 milliOhm. Lötet man diese parallel, kommt man auf weniger als 2 milliOhm pro Verbindung. Das ist 20 bis 60 mal weniger als Hohlstecker bieten. Viele Hohlsteckerverbindungen zeigen Wackelkontakte und der Innenleiter ragt bei den meisten Modellen nach außen heraus - wodurch Kurzschlüsse bei Kontakt mit einem Gehäuse oder einem anderen Stecker vorprogrammiert sind. Einige Hersteller von externen Netzteilen bieten 10 Ampere Netzteile mit Hohlsteckern an. Bei meinen ersten Versuchen mit diesen Geräten haben sich die Gegenstecker extrem erhitzt, verformt und waren anschließend nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
