Great for your Hands
Trying this before CTS surgery. Watched video on u tube about it. The Yellow gives a little resistance. I like how the seller shows the resistance of each color !!! It's also like $7 bucks so you can't lose. Also, When you put it back into its container after use, it goes back into its original shape. You can also purchase the multi pack with all the levels as your hand muscle increases over time, but I just got the yellow to start. Great therapy tool.

Good PT tool
This is helping my rehabilitation after a serious thumb sprain.

Putty for rehab
It is the appropriate firmness, but a little greasy. It does the job though. The putty I use at PT is not greasy.

Very similar to the putty that PT uses.
Received the ylw xs putty one day ago.So far so good. Great tension and does not stick to my fingers, however, like with most puttys, will stick to just about everything else). The 4oz is a perfect size for my normal size hands.
