All Natural Pain Relief Cooling Gel, Rich with Magnesium & Multi-Minerals, Cold Therapy Topical Transdermal 8 oz (More Effective Than Magnesium Oil)

I use both the pro-mag multi-minerals and the pro-mag Natural relief cooling gel. The multi-minerals is a good way to provide mineral absorption through the skin to sore muscles and bruises. I use it regularly on pulled muscles and aching spots. I really like the Menthol enhanced Natural Relief Cooling Gel for my knees and ankles and wrists. I have one knee that has had two operations and gets pretty sore when I get too active since most of the cartilage is gone. A regular application really helps relieve the pain. I recently hurt my wrist and could not hardly use it for any support. I learned something important on this one. Don't be skimpy with the application. Lay it on liberally. My wrist has improved to almost normal with a few applications. I expect it to be back to normal after a few more.

Although it does work about equal to icy hot... it is so strong smelling, that it makes it difficult to use. It also has a strange label. It’s thick and taped on. Just makes for a sloppy appearance.

I have purchased this product more than once along with the Pro Mag Daily Performance Gel. It has been said we are all deficient of magnesium. I like the fact that you can apply it right at the source. I have also shared this product with friends who have used it to relieve many different problems. Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, leg cramps, back and shoulder pain, to mane a few. Provides awesome pain relief! The cooling sensation is phenomenal and it feels like I have more energy and yet more relaxed when using this product due to the instant pain relief and the absorption of beneficial minerals in this product. I used this product for pain as described. It makes me smell like an old lady ( ok, maybe I am one) but the gel rolls off my skin like dead skin as I rub it in. Do not like at all. Looking to return it

This product is supposed to take up to 30 days to work, but it worked almost instantly for me. I just had my second knee replaced and ProMag makes recovery almost pain free. I highly recommend this product.

I really felt relief the first time I started using it. And the relief continue to build after I applied it regularly twice a day. Now there’s almost no pain in my knee. Five stars
