Shipping is kinda long
I recently purchased the AC Delco Gold 49AGM 36 Month Warranty AGM BCI Group 49 Battery as a replacement for the battery in my BMW X5 2011, and overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The battery itself is of high quality and provides reliable performance for my vehicle. It has a 36-month warranty, which gives me peace of mind knowing that it is a durable and long-lasting option. One downside of my purchase was the shipping time. It took longer than expected for the battery to arrive, which was inconvenient. However, I was able to get it at a cheaper price than what I would have paid in-store, which was a positive. Installation of the battery was straightforward and easy, and it fit perfectly in my vehicle. Since installation, I have noticed a significant improvement in the performance of my car, which is a great result. Overall, despite the shipping delay, I am satisfied with my purchase of the AC Delco Gold 49AGM 36 Month Warranty AGM BCI Group 49 Battery. It is a high-quality and reliable option that has improved the performance of my car, and the 36-month warranty provides peace of mind. If you're looking for a replacement battery for your BMW X5 2011, I would recommend considering this option.

First battery took a very long time to arrive, Failed after 1 year, but was replaced under warranty
Battery was priced better than from other sellers but took a long time to arrive. Worked fine in my X3, even tough the size was slightly different than the original, the hold down was able to accommodate it. The bad news was that it started dying on me after 1 year of use. When I contacted regarding the issue, the seller honored the warranty without much trouble and replaced the defective battery for me at no cost. The replacement has been holding up now for over a year so hopefully all will be good moving forward, God willing!

This battery did not work as expected. Ended up flat and broken in a 2016 Volvo XC90.
This battery did not work as expected. Ended up flat and broken in a 2016 Volvo XC90. Amazon told me on their/this site that this battery would work in my car, but it ended up draining the car for electricity, likely because it doesnt work with the Volvo BMS. Or something else. After battery was drained it would not take charge and so I could use it again. I would have liked my money back, as this is not acceptable. Should not be recomended for 2016 Volvo XC90

Perfect Battery for 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350
This is the second time I purchased this battery, the first time was 4 years ago when I was in need for a new battery for the E350. This ACDelco is a perfect fit and the car starts just like you would expect from the actual Mercedes-Benz battery (for a fraction of the cost). As I do not drive this vehicle often, the battery often gets neglected, but it was completely reliable right up to the last day. This battery was very professionally packed and arrived faster than I expected. No damage, direct fit, and started the car and the rest is history. I have used it for a few weeks now (with a week of the car in storage and not being started at all), and when I went out to start it again, it started without any issues. If you are looking for a good battery replacement for your 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350, this one would be it.

Great Battery At A Good Price!
This one is a winner! Like most consumer items these days, battery prices have doubled in just a couple years during the pandemic (corporate greed at its worst). When needing to replace my car battery, I was staggered at the Mercedes dealer price of nearly $500 installed. So, I went shopping for a quality battery I could install myself. After ordering on Amazon, the battery arrived at my door in 7 days in excellent protective packaging. This AC Delco battery is top quality and made in Germany. The dimensions, design and appearance exactly duplicate my original battery. Installation was a snap. Looking up a brief video on YouTube will assist with any details -- as some cars may require some minor reprogramming of accessories. This particular AC Delco battery works great and even has a slightly higher capacity and better cranking power than my original OEM battery. After an honest 30-minute uneventful installation, I now have an upgraded battery for less than half the price of the dealer. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Volkswagen Complexity, Good Battery, Bad Shipping
I feel as though this battery and I got off on the wrong foot from the beginning. I had seen another review mention long shipping times, and they were 100% correct. This battery took 2 weeks to ship out to me, missing its first expected delivery date by almost a week. I was explained that this was not normal shipping with this item, but I have a feeling it is. When the battery finally got to me, it was exactly as the listing said, however, I would've preferred that the battery came with a replacement battery vent tube. I installed this battery in my 2008 Volkswagen Touareg. As with everything else in this vehicle, the installation was made difficult as the battery compartment for the SUV is under the driver's side seat. I had watched multiple videos on removal/installation and felt comfortable with changing the battery myself, as I typically DIY most of my vehicle repairs. Ultimately, the battery was installed, but if you have back/shoulder issues, I would not recommend you install this battery yourself in this particular vehicle. As previously mentioned, this battery has worked great since installed yesterday. My vehicle sat for 6 months and started right up. I feel confident with the 36 month warranty that if I have any issues, it will be resolved. As mentioned, the lack of an included vent tube did make my life a little more difficult, but that has since been resolved. Overall, a reliable battery, it just took forever to get to me. I do not believe the $50 savings between ordering a battery on Amazon and getting it in store is worth it considering how long you have to wait to get the battery, especially with the shipping times expected with most items nowadays.

Perfect fit for a 2001 Mercedes CLK55
Perfect fit for a 2001 Mercedes CLK55. Cranks the motor noticeably quicker than the old one. I'm gone for a few weeks at a time and I read that AGM batteries lose less charge when sitting unused. It came well protected a heavy foam padding on the bottom of the box. The shipping box was heavy cardboard. Jan 2019- Battery is still going strong. No issues with the battery so far. I notice that Amazon now states that this battery won't fit my car. I wonder what's going on. I notice a Delphi battery of the same group size is okay for my car. The physical size of the AC battery fits perfectly into the battery holding bay. Feb 3, 2019. Battery is holding up well. With a battery tester it shows the SOH (State of Health) at 90%. Not bad. During the first couple of years I was always gone for most of the month. The battery basically received a charge once a month. May 11,2011: The battery has been holding up well. I check it will a battery tester maybe every couple of months and after using a trickle charger and then running the car for a day the SOH can go over 95%. I use a trickle charger on it for a couple of days every few months. This is easily the longest battery I've ever had. The one thing different I do now is I use a Ctek battery charger to give it a day or two of trickle charging. Oct -2021- It's not reaching maximum voltage now when I trickle charge it like it used to. The state of health (SOH) measurement with a battery tester isn't going about 82%. The battery could be reaching the end of its life. I'm going to try a longer extended time with the trickle charger to see if it can get back to the max voltage and SOH numbers.

So far, so good.
Being used in 2008 Mercedes Benz ML 320 CDI to replace 8-year old OEM 100 ah battery, made in Spain (the AC Delco is 95ah and apparently made in Detroit, but not sure from labels on it.) The AC D is a 900 CCA battery. Good price & free shipping; had to pay sales tax. The AC D arrived in excellent condition, on time, and was very well packed; heavy duty box with padding on all 4 sides, and top and bottom. Put it on a 2 ah charge, and it registered full in about 45 minutes. From the looks of it, it is a very recently made battery. Perfect fit. Came with a plug for one end of the AGM ventilation system. Replaced auxiliary battery at the same time. Bought it online at Batteries Plus for Twenty. Unless you know about it, that little battery is a pain the arse to replace. It has a simple pressure catch on the front seat passenger side of the long edge. If you aren't aware of it, you will have a *&^(%^% time removing it. Mercedes Benz seems to take great pains to complicate and obfuscate simple things, probably to assure dealerships a profitable repair business. I won't go into detail, except to say the location of this near 60 pound battery is absurd; red Loctite was put on both terminal bolts; and the positive terminal requires a triple jointed wrist to remove. Will never buy another M-B. Just tooooooo much unnecessary complexity. Germans need to practice KISS - Keep It Simple St,,,,, Car started up with vigor; was laboring before replacement. No problems with radio and other electronics. Five stars in the interim; will come back if there are problems, which I don't anticipate.
