Can I put them  in the dryer?

I use them for my delicate lingerie so I only use them in the washer.  However, in my opinion, they are sturdy enough to use in the dryer.  They are much sturdier than the last laundry bags I had.

Can these bags withstand a 'hot' washing machine setting?

I honestly think they would or should. There is a bit of plastic at the end of the slide where you tuck the zipper end into to prevent snags on any other laundry and that might not hold up but you could cut it off before use. Otherwise this is a classic nylon like mesh that I've been known to use similar items to dip products into hot dye baths on the stove. So hot washing machine levels are not that hot usually not. I have a sanitize setting on our machine and that is where the machine itself heats the water much hotter than the water heater then on through the plumbing to the machine would be. Now if you have garments that can't tolerage HOT water or washing and drying then I would not wash those in or out of the bag of course that's just common sense. These bags are fine though I found the larger one too large for most of my uses until I ordered a washable chenille sweater that did not wash well and so from now on will use this larger bag to wash it but set to gentle and cold wash despite it's label saying otherwise safe. And we have a front load washer too so was shocked how much repair I had to do to fix the sweater to be wearable...and it was brandnew never worn just wanted to wash before you wear something you have no idea what condtions the enviroment where it was made is. But I would not worry about dropping these bags into hot water. Nice quality.

Can you use bleach with these bags?

I would think so.  I certainly use color safe bleach with mine.
