The rubber is neither 'stiff' nor flimsy so these shoes can withstand some wear comfortably. My husband doesn't have a high arch
I am writing the review as I bought these for my husband. I've been a devoted wearer of Havaianas since I lived in Brazil 12 years ago. My husband has never successfully found flip flops that he can wear around casually, but I talked him into these and he was surprised. The rubber is neither 'stiff' nor flimsy so these shoes can withstand some wear comfortably. My husband doesn't have a high arch so I don't know if others would find these flip flops as comfortable as we do.

Straps are perfect
my flips arrived with perfect straps. a former pair years ago were twisted but i simply hated them up with hot water (just the straps) and wore them a while, but these new ones are just fine.

I love Havaianas! I bought these new pair because my 10 year old pair broke. I hope these li lasts for another 10 years.

Great!
My other pair was worn down and was time to purchase another. These are by far my favorite comfy flip flops. Well worth it. For comparison, I wear a size 8.5 New Balance shoes.

Durable
Love these. Second pair. The first lasted 4 years which is fantastic for the price. Here in California I practically live in them 8 months out of the year.

Amazing as usual.
Love these sandals. This is the second pair I have owned. Just make sure you go into these knowing there is a little but of time getting used to the rubber part between your toes. Once you are used to it, they're amazing.
