After two weeks of normal use (about 8 hours/day, dry conditions only) my skin developed rush where the back of the metal pin touches my hand. There is no discolouration, rust, or anything similar on the metal.Other than that, my overall impressions:- The band seems to be made of leather, albeit of lowish quality: The band is not very soft and has a plastic look to it.- The stitching is of acceptable quality: Strait stitches, no loose threads.- This band is too long for people with small wrists: I wear XS size gloves and have to use the last hole, as a result, the end of the band almost touches the watch and does not allow proper contact and fit.- The edges of the band show wear; the side coating begins to delaminate just after two weeks of use. I am not sure that this band would last long.

I am obsessed with this band ! I just ordered 2 more, I love that it fits my small wrist perfectly and the fact that you are able to choose what color hardware is great! Quality is awesome! Got it in 1 day! Love love love !!!
