Is this the blue jar or the white jar?

This is the white jar which is not the one I like. I've been using it but will not order again. The Cream in the blue jar seems to work much better. Hope this helps.

I do. I have dry skin and it's not too heavy at all for daytime, but there is no sunscreen if you need that.
